🚀 Platform Features

👥 Shared Lists

  • Shared Lists are now available in Floqer, making it easy to share lists across your organization. Teams can collaborate using the same data, keep everyone aligned, and avoid recreating lists for different members. This helps ensure everyone works with accurate, up-to-date information while saving time and effort.

🌐 HTTP API Call with AI Configuration

  • The HTTP API Call action in Floqer is now easier to use with built-in AI guidance. You can simply explain what you want the API call to do, and Floqer helps set it up for you automatically. This saves time, reduces manual effort, and makes it easier to connect Floqer with other tools as part of your workflows.

🤝Admin-Managed Shared Connections & Workflow Access

  • Floqer now gives organization admins the ability to share saved connections with members, so teams don’t need to reconnect the same tools again and again. Admins can also access and view member workflows from their account, making it easier to manage and oversee work across the entire organization.

🧠Better Row Lookup Controls

  • The Lookup Row from a Floqer Table action now gives you a toggle to control your results. You can choose to return just one matching row or switch it on to fetch all rows that meet your criteria, giving you full control and flexibility when working with your data.

🔄Close CRM: Create or Update Lead

  • The Create or Update Lead action in Floqer now lets you create a new lead or update an existing one automatically. If the lead already exists, Floqer updates it instead of creating a duplicate, keeping your Close CRM clean and your data always up to date.

⚙ Extract Column Optimization

  • We made UI improvements to extracted columns so empty values are now handled more clearly and consistently. This makes it easier to understand your data at a glance and helps avoid confusion when no information is returned.

🐞Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issues with filters not returning correct results.

  • Resolved unexpected switching in HubSpot actions.

  • Fixed issues while updating CRM columns and field selection.

  • Input filters now work consistently across workflows.

  • Error messages now show correctly when no data is found.

  • Custom fields now autofill properly in Close CRM.

  • Empty values are now ignored correctly in HubSpot updates.
