With only ~16% of contacts enriched using Kaspr and other traditional enrichment tools, Brecht and Brent faced major data gaps - old job titles, unverified emails, and inconsistent contacts. Specifically for their core ICP in the EMEA region.

They also struggled with regional filtering: although their focus was on Europe, enrichment tools often pulled American contacts based on company HQ location, not the actual location of potential leads.

Scaling lookalike prospecting from existing customers

Despite a growing base of successful accounts, Azumuta had no system to identify similar companies or prospects.

Brent was manually searching for lookalike accounts, spending hours on research with no way to automate the process - adding significant time to his prospecting.

The team needed a faster & smarter way to find the people and companies who resembled their best customers.
